🙋♀️Skills & Knowledge
❤️Soft Skills
My best skill is my transdisciplinarity. It allows me to understand and communicate with various disciplines, sectors and professionals. It requires me to learn quickly but also profoundly.
My second best skills are my empathy, optimism and courage.
Empathy allows me to be kind and compassionate and sets me up for better communication which leads to better negotiated outcomes for everyone.
My optimism allows me to imagine a better future, and inspires me to take action and see problems as challenging opportunities for growth and learning.
Courage allows me to stay true to myself and my values, defend dignity for all beings, and be brave to try new things and keep an open and learning mind to identify and defeat my biases.
